As the chill of winter sets in, it’s easy to forget the importance of staying hydrated. I’ve certainly found that I am not drinking as much as I normally would, so I thought I would share with you some of my favourite infused water recipes!

Despite the cooler temperatures, our bodies still crave the nourishment that water provides. Hydration is not just a summertime affair; it’s a year-round necessity that plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health. Adequate water intake helps regulate body temperature, supports vital organ functions, and boosts energy levels.

I’ve got your back with a collection of 8 refreshing infused water recipes that not only keep you sipping but also make hydration a delightful experience.

From the zesty burst of citrus to the soothing embrace of mint, these Winter Hydration Havens are a perfect way to ensure you’re meeting your daily water quota even when the temperatures drop. Zesty Citrus Mint Infusion:

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1.5 liters of cold water

Instructions:

Mix everything in a jug, and leave for a couple of hours before you enjoy!

 

Berry Bliss Infusion:

  • 150g mixed berries
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1.5 litres of cold water

Cucumber Mint Cooler:

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1.5 litres of cold water

Tropical Paradise Splash:

  • 150g pineapple chunks
  • 150g mango slices
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1.5 litres of cold water

Herbal Citrus Fusion:

  • 150 g melon chunks
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1.5 litres of cold water

Ginger Zing Infusion:

  • 2.5cm piece of ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1.5 litres of cold water

Apple Cinnamon Elixir:

  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1.5 litres of cold water

Minty Melon Splash:

  • 200g watermelon chunks
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1.5 litres of cold water
